This is the point where The academy period at RITS BRUSSELS officially came to an end.

so, MANY THANKS TO RITS SCHOOL OF ARTS,
to the teachers but especially to all wonderfull people I have met there.

4 years I was surrounded by ambitioned students, artists, inspiring people, sharing laughs and sharing bittered days of cursing at computers and breaking pencils, wondering why the hell we spend days drawing figures, carrying the weight from outsider's asking eyes, ..
We were the most lovely bunch of characters who just appreciated every single one's weird or special's 'features'. It felt like a second home..

Gratuaded, Proud, Relieved, Gratefull,..

but I'd give it all back just to do it again!

Long days of animating.. Starting with the last shots, and hoping to start the Lightning and Texturing asap. This is a frame with a quick basic light to see what's going on here and to give an idea of the character.

Finished details and textures not yet present.

Still a long way to go, but the 3D dolls are actually starting to 'live'...
